At Cubes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure your garments are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Cubes account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn clothing in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are still intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
